Paul acts as a principal and a broker, and is based in Wichita, Kansas. Paul has been active in real estate acquisition and rehab projects since 1999. Paul served on the S.E.C. Board of Governors, as the S.E.C. Membership Chairperson for 2012, and as President of the Society in 2016.
The mission of the Education Foundation is to establish a fund to encourage and financially support education programs related to real estate, particularly in the area of creative transactions and professionally structured equity marketing techniques.
