The Nominees shall be presented at a closed session of the last meeting of the calendar year of the Foundation. After discussion, a ballot shall be distributed with the names of all nominees’ contained thereon and the full Board shall vote. In the event of a tie, the Board shall reconsider and revote on the nominees who are tied with equal votes. This process shall continue untill one nominee receives a majority vote.
The mission of the Education Foundation is to establish a fund to encourage and financially support education programs related to real estate, particularly in the area of creative transactions and professionally structured equity marketing techniques.
