The Society and its Foundation offer a wide variety of Education Programs. We can structure a program and provide instructors to meet your objectives in creative real estate education.
Upcoming ProgramsThe Society offers a core curriculum of courses designed for both the advanced professional and the beginning broker. Courses in Client Counseling, 1031 Exchanges and real estate taxation, Equity Marketing and Creative Real Estate Formulas are offered. Programs can be presented individually or in combination over a one, two or three day format.
These programs focus on various elements of creative real estate fundamentals as espoused by the Society. Topics on Investing in Real Estate using creative real estate principals vary by instructor and can include courses specifically tailored to your organizations needs.
The S.E.C. Education Foundation welcomes the opportunity to “sponsor” targeted education programs to your organization. We are also actively seeking to form “Strategic Alliances” with Real Estate Education Providers throughout the nation. We can assist with initial marketing costs, program logistics, Instructor selection and Program guidance that will assist you in creating a first class education opportunity for your organization.
