John Brennan SEC, CCIM
John Brennan attended Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and graduated with a B.S. in Accounting in 1981.
As a licensed CPA, John began his career in the audit and tax divisions of Arthur Anderson and Price Waterhouse respectively in Dallas prior to entering the commercial real estate industry.
He is President of The Brennan Company, a commercial real estate investment firm that he founded in 1988. John serves as managing partner of numerous successful commercial retail investment partnerships.
Additionally, in recent years, John began to acquire, entitle, and develop multiple land tracts from 50 to 200 acres for single family subdivisions in the DFW market.
John is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), member of the Society of Exchange Counselors (SEC), Certified Public Accountant (CPA – Ohio non – practicing, and 2015 President of The Society of Exchange Counselors (SEC).
Gary Vandenberg SEC, CCIM
Gary Vandenburg is an active member of the National Council of Exchangors. Mr. Vandenberg was the Society of Exchange Counselors President in 2013 and twice won the SEC’s Cliff Weaver award for Gary is a member of the Realtor’s Land Institute, having most creative real estate transaction. He is a CCIM (Certified served twice as Michigan Chapter President. Gary’s Commercial Investment Member) and ALC (Accredited Land creative real estate transactions earned him Michigan Consultant). Besides representing clients with properties around Marketer of the Year in the Realtor’s Land Institute. Gary has personally had real estate investments in 16 states
